The Johnsons believe marketing is the key to successful real estate sales.  Their extensive marketing plan includes advertising in the local Chronicle Newspaper and several Real Estate Magazines.  In addition, there are several websites where customers can view their listings (Zillow.com, Homes.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com).  Kirk and Amanda also send out specialized letters and mailings that communicate with past, present and future clients.
